Join the TRTA and the Sugar Pine Foundation as we team up for a morning of education and fun! We will begin our trek at the Big Meadow Trailhead in the southernmost part of the Lake Tahoe basin and travel south along the Tahoe Rim Trail to… a BIG MEADOW! We’ll discuss the fate of Lake Tahoe’s favorite woody perennial, the magnificent Sugar Pine, and what individuals are doing to help the species persevere for future generations.
