BSAW: Winter Predictions with the National Weather Service

Join UC Davis TERC as we welcome Chris Smallcomb from the Reno office of the NOAA National Weather Service for a discussion on projections for the impending winter. This online webinar is open to everyone and will be live on December 14 from noon to 1:00 p.m. Chris Smallcomb is a Warning Coordination Meteorologist, and will also talk about the predictability of weather hazards including post-fire flooding, along with how the changing climate is impacting day-to-day weather forecasting.
