Come celebrate Mother Earth at the South Lake Tahoe Earth Day Festival on Saturday, April 24th from 10am to 3pm at Bijou Community Park!

Earth Day recognizes, celebrates, and promotes our region’s unique beauty while educating the public about local environmental issues. Bring your friends and family to learn about ways to counteract global climate change through recycling and composting, renewable energy, water conservation, sustainability, and reducing our ecological footprint.

Earth Day is one of the largest public environmental events of the year in the Lake Tahoe area and is a volunteer-run, non-profit event, operating under the non-profit Tahoe Earth Day Foundation. Your continued participation and support allows our event to remain free to the public each year.

South Lake Tahoe Earth Day will take place on Sunday, April 24th 2022, from 10am to 3pm at Bijou Community Park, 1201 Al Tahoe Blvd, South Lake Tahoe. The festival recognizes, celebrates and promotes our unique environment by educating the public about the preservation and protection of our local and global natural resources. This is a free, family friendly event open to organizations and vendors that engage the community in a constructive and positive manner.  95% of our participants host an educational booths. We only have a handful of vendors at the event. All booth fees help support event costs.
