Searching for Camas Lilies

Sagehen Creek Wildflowers
Join us for a wildflower ramble along the Lower Sagehen Creek trail, just north of Truckee. This is an easy, relatively flat trail with about a 5 mile out and back hike, and is likely to be the lowest-elevation hike of the Tahoe Wildflower Big Year. We will take our time examining the rich wildflower diversity as we stroll through a diversity of habitats.
We are hoping to time this hike with the bloom of Camas Lilies that are known to occupy this meadow.
We hope to see you there!
