The League to Save Lake Tahoe, also known by its “Keep Tahoe Blue” slogan, is Lake Tahoe’s oldest and largest nonprofit environmental advocacy organization. Founded in 1957, the League to Save Lake Tahoe is a solutions-oriented team of Tahoe advocates who use innovation, boots on-the-ground action and a unique, holistic approach to solve the environmental challenges threatening the Lake we love. Together with our community of residents and visitors, we Keep Tahoe Blue.

Visitors to the League’s Fritzi & David Huntington Environmental Education Center & Store can learn about threats to Lake Tahoe and how they can become part of the solution. Our store also carries the famous Keep Tahoe Blue sticker and other gifts and apparel. All sales support programs to protect Lake Tahoe.
