Cleanup
Spooner Summit is a popular sledding hill during winter. When snow melts trash can become exposed. Help us celebrate Earth Month, the start of the 2019 boating season and join in for a cleanup!
Friday May 3, 2019
3pm to 6pm
Meet in the parking lot at the Spooner Watercraft Inspection Station
Near the intersection of NV 28 & U.S. 50, off of NV 28 in the Snow Park area.
We will provide cleanup materials. Bring a reusable water bottle, gloves and friends.
Prizes for the volunteer with the most unusual trash item and the greatest weight of trash collected!
Parking available on the roadside coming into the watercraft inspection station. Please do not park on the highway shoulders.
